RAF Mildenhall (ICAO: EGUN) is located near the town of Mildenhall in Suffolk, England, UK, approximately 11 miles (17.7 km) northwest of Bury St Edmunds and 25 miles (40 km) northeast of Cambridge. The base is also conveniently close to the village of Beck Row.

Primarily serving as a United States Air Force (USAF) installation, RAF Mildenhall is home to the 100th Air Refueling Wing (100 ARW), known as the "Bloody Hundredth." This wing is part of the United States Air Forces in Europe - Air Forces Africa (USAFE-AFAFRICA) and primarily supports air refueling and operational support missions.
